Koyomi Hidaka, dia tinggal bersama dengan ayahnya setelah orang tuanya memutuskan untuk bercerai. Koyomi kemudian bertemu dengan Shiori Satou di sebuah lembaga penelitian dimana ayahnya berkerja. Mereka bertemu dan kemudian memiliki perasaan cinta satu sama lain, tetapi semuanya berubah ketika orang tua mereka ternyata memutuskan untuk menikah lagi. Hal tersebut membuat Koyomi dan Shiori yakin bahwa impian mereka untuk menikah tidak akan pernah terwujud karena mereka akan menjadi saudara tiri. Dengan asumsi seperti itu membuat mereka memutuskan untuk melompat ke dunia lain di mana orang tua mereka tidak perlu bercerai dan mereka tidak menjadi saudara tiri…Tak ada artinya dunia ini tanpa kehadirannya. Film ini merupakan bagian 1 / Vol.1 dari seri film Kimi Ai Boku Ai.
